Angel
The short film ‘Angel’ is my first film, a project I did together with Jonas Vesanto. It was produced by Stratoponjak between 2006-2008 and world premieres at Strasbourg International Film Festival 16 September 2008.
Synopsis
A wealthy entrepreneur invests in a young woman’s project. It’s her last chance to find money to fulfill her dream. He sees a chance to cut off a sense of growing emptiness. Dramatic consequences occur as he decides to exchange his wealth only if she accepts a part of his body.
At first she refuses, convinced the man is crazy. But when her friend says he could accept money despite peculiar circumstances, she decides to take a chance. Maybe this is just a test.
A few days later she has second thoughts. But it’s too late to call it off. The man is gone. One day she receives a package of the size of a forearm.
